When you arrive, just ring the bell and our reception team will let you in. They will then give you a tour of the facilities and show you your workspace for the day.

Launched in June 2020, Haylofts is the third location to open under HyHubs. Located on St Thomas Street in Newcastle City Centre, just a 2-minute walk from Haymarket metro and bus station and Northumberland street.
Formerly the stables for Newcastle Breweries, Haylofts offers workspace with stacks of character. Offices run around a cobbled courtyard with a central pod made up of our reception office, six meeting rooms, and a bleacher seating style auditorium.
We don’t have a type as businesses of all shapes, sizes and industries are welcome at Haylofts. This unique space provides flexible workspace with character, super-fast broadband, unlimited bean-to-cup coffee, and excellent public transport links.
