On the 1st floor you’ll find an outstanding coworking space, reachable from a private staircase or lifts from ground-floor reception. We designed the smart-but-colourful space for hybrid working, with partitions creating zones containing private booths, tables for collaboration, and segregated sofas for conversation.

A distinct talking point is the six meeting rooms used by various organisations for different reasons, from training dentists to recruitment and consultancy companies holding town halls. We can convert two rooms next to each into a large room by removing a soundproof divide between them. So, you can have 48 people in a boardroom configuration or 140 guests in a theatre style room.
