Summary

This building looms over Old Street just as you turn off the roundabout into Shoreditch. This is a 1930s building that has been transformed by Ben Adams Architects to create a speak easy feel and bring back some old character to the building. The building has private office space, co-working space, fixed desks and meeting rooms along with more perks such as a gym, a café and a screening room.

Please note:

  • Coworking day pass bookings will be situated in the lounge area.
  • Some meeting room spaces feature semi-private areas with curtain dividers for a versatile setup.

Meeting Room Cancellation Policy:

  • Please note, in the event of cancellation, notice is required 7 working days prior to the booking in order to receive a refund and not incur charges. If a cancellation is made within 7 working days prior to the booking, the full cost will still apply.

Meeting Room refreshments:

  • Tea/Coffee: All rooms with capacity of 12+ people have tea/coffee complimentary in the room hire price, rooms under 12 people have to pay for tea/coffee but this will not be served in the room and available from the communal room.
  • Healthy Nibbles: This is included in rooms over 12+ people, under 12 people this is not included but snacks are available in the communal kitchen areas.
