Fancy Winning a £250 WFH Kit? Tell Us How YOU Want to Work in the Future!

Hannah Watkins

Following this period of remote working, many businesses are re-evaluating what they (and their teams) will want and need from their future workplace. Will they even need an office after all this?

But to make the right decisions, these businesses need data. That’s why we’ve put together this survey with the support of Runway East and ICE List—to ensure that everybody can have their say on what the future of work looks like for them.

What do you love about remote working? What do you miss most about the office? Want your employer to give you a garden office? You have the opportunity to answer all these questions and more.

And not only that—participants in the survey will also be in with a chance to win a WFH care package worth £250, complete with house plants from Patch, a 3-month Origin coffee subscription, and laptop stand.

The survey will remain open until Friday 19th June, after which we’ll share our findings on the future of work with everyone who filled it in and announce the winner of the prize draw.

Share the survey with your employer/HR team

This is the era of employee-driven workspace—and everyone’s needs are different. What works for you might not work for your teammates, just as your company’s needs may vary drastically from others.

That’s why we’ve made it possible for employers and HR teams to request and access their employees’ anonymous responses—so they can make tailored, data-driven decisions to benefit your team specifically.

To ensure that you and your colleagues’ voices are heard, we encourage you to share the survey with your employer or HR team. We’ve put together a template you can use to make it super easy—just click here and change the email address, or copy the text below:

[HubbleHQ is running a survey around how employees want to work after COVID, to help businesses work out future practices—including how much office space they’ll need. If the whole team fills it in, they’ll send you the data for our company (it’s free).

Here’s the info on how to get the results: https://hubblehq.com/blog/survey-your-team-future-of-work

Thought it could be useful!]

Looking to request your team’s results?

If you’re part of the decision-making process in your company, and would like access to the (anonymised) results of your employees, simply do the following:

  1. Share the survey with your whole team—the more people that fill it in, the more useful your results will be. Make sure you send it to any furloughed employees, too!
  2. Ensure that everybody fills in the “company name” field in exactly the same way (i.e. taking a uniform approach to acronyms, LLPs, etc). This prevents answers getting lost during analysis!
  3. Send an email to futureofwork@hubblehq.com requesting the results. Please include your name, company, and job title in the body of the email (we do this step so we can verify that the right people will receive the right information)
  4. We’ll crunch the numbers for you—and voila! We’ll send them straight to your inbox once the survey has closed.

Don’t forget to tell your team that by filling in the survey, they’ll also be entered into a prize draw worth £250!

Note: this is a FREE service by HubbleHQ. We’re just trying to do our bit to help businesses understand what their employees want, and for the wider world to understand a little bit more about how we’re all planning to work.

All data shared publicly will be anonymised and aggregated.
