Arrival Instructions

Our main entrance is directly inside of Leeds train station. Right after the barriers, turn left at the entrance between Boots and Café Nero. As you walk through the station our main door should be at the south end, in between Wetherspoons and William Hill. There is a buzzer on the right side of the door - ring the doorbell and a member of the team will take you up to the relevant room.

Summary

One Aire Street is a 1930s building in the heart of Leeds. Original art deco features such as the central staircase are complemented with a modern interior by local architects FUSE. With an entrance straight into the station it’s pretty well connected. And all our Leeds members are welcome to use our co-working space at Eastside (Kings Cross) should you be swinging by London for the day. This building has lounges, co-working space, event space. meeting rooms and individual offices. This is all topped off with a roof terrace with 360 views of the city. Enjoy outdoor meetings, yoga on the roof and lots and lots of BBQs.

Meeting Room Cancellation Policy:

  • Please note, in the event of cancellation, notice is required 7 working days prior to the booking in order to receive a refund and not incur charges. If a cancellation is made within 7 working days prior to the booking, the full cost will still apply.

Meeting Room refreshments:

  • Tea/Coffee: All rooms with capacity of 12+ people have tea/coffee complimentary in the room hire price, rooms under 12 people have to pay for tea/coffee but this will not be served in the room and available from the communal room.
  • Healthy Nibbles: This is included in rooms over 12+ people, under 12 people this is not included but snacks are available in the communal kitchen areas.
