Arrival Instructions
Please sign in upon arrival at the ground floor reception. After you've signed in and got your visitor slip, head to the 4th floor where Halkin reception is located. Please do not arrive before 8:30am.
Once arrived at the 4th floor, please ensure you check in with the Halkin staff before heading to the co-working area. You may be given an access card to use and when you're ready to leave, please return the card back to us at reception on the 4th floor. If the card goes missing or is not returned, this will cost £25 + VAT to replace.
Please ensure you adhere to the building access hours or your allocated meeting room booking slots - if you overstay passed the stated times, a penalty fee may be charged.
- Coworking: £20 penalty fee if you stay beyond the building access hours
- Meeting rooms: Penalty fee will vary depending on the length of stay beyond the booking slot
Please note, guests are only able to visit the building if they have also booked for a day pass.
