Please sign in upon arrival at reception, they will direct you to our coworking area nearby on the ground floor where our team are on hand. Please do not arrive before 8:30am.

Please ensure you adhere to the building access hours or your allocated meeting room booking slots - if you overstay passed the stated times, a penalty fee may be charged.

  • Coworking: £20 penalty fee if you stay beyond the building access hours
  • Meeting rooms: Penalty fee will vary depending on the length of stay beyond the booking slot

Please note, guests are only able to visit the building if they have also booked a day pass.

Summary

Riverside workspace with iconic views located a short walk from Monument, Bank and London Bridge stations. We have a communal roof terrace, an onsite café, generous breakout spaces with phone booths, bookable meeting rooms, PC monitors and free teas and coffees as well as filtered water available.

Please note: smoking or vaping is not permitted on the roof terrace.

All meeting room bookings include Wi-Fi connection, plasma screen TV, Telephone (conference facilities on request) Bottled sparkling and still water.
