The colours and traditions of the mythical seafarers’ district make their way inside the new Wayco Cabanyal coworking space, a five-story building with two terraces, conceived as a flexible, modernist, and sustainable workspace.
Reminiscent of the old “cabanyaleras” houses, a huge inner patio brings together its inhabitants and gives Wayco Cabanyal a great luminosity and visual amplitude. The patio, along the two terraces, becomes the lungs of the coworking: this is where connections, and socio-cultural and professional experiences are born.
