About this building
Four person office on the second floor of a classic London townhouse in the heart of Fitzrovia.
The space would suit a small start-up in the creative industries or a group of freelancers who don't want to blow shit loads of cash on a pretentious and overpriced workspace.
The office is shared with a young film production company. We're pretty high energy but with two doors between us you can easily block us out.
The space is connected to our office by a shared break out space with kitchenette - it's good for having casual meetings and chatting shit over a coffee.
We only drink damn fine coffee and have beers together once or twice a week - you'll have complete privacy when you need it and some laid back friendly people to hang out with when you need a break.
The space is furnished with four desks and chairs, with access to a kitchenette and break out space. It's offered inclusive of internet and utilities.
