It is a modern unique working environment supporting start-ups, entrepreneurs and small to medium businesses. Our offices are usually let unfurnished, with easy in/out one month rolling licences. There is designated parking available for tenants and visitors and free on street parking in Miles Road and the surrounding roads. We have off street cycle storage within the building. We have a staffed reception (Monday- Friday office hours) to meet & greet your visitors, take in post & courier deliveries and frank mail if required. There is 24-hour building security including CCTV. The property is accessible from 6am until midnight 365 days a year. Our offices are complimented with a large communal lounge/kitchen area and a waiting area situated on the second floor for your clients/ visitors. A lift serves all three floors of the building.
