    About this building

    The William House Offices were fully refurbished in FY2023 and FY2024 and comprise 21 individual, unfurbished office suites over two floors ranging in size from 75sq ft through to 460sq ft.

    Our aim is to offer great value space to local businesses looking for a home but without the legal complications, onerous costs and contractual obligations associated with "traditional" office space. Current occupiers include recruitment consultants, health and well being professionals and and an investment property group.
