Department Leeds Dock provides flexible workspace, private offices, coworking and creative studios for teams of 1-100. All powered by 100% green energy.
We create better working environments where businesses and people succeed together. Our memberships allow your business flexibility to work from a hot desk, dedicated resident desk, private office or creative studio. But most importantly, your team gets to experience a fulfilling workspace with access to Condition gym, coffee shop, Fearns kitchen & bar, bike storage, coworking community and member events. Plus the added benefit of Leeds Dock's bustling district with year-round events, eateries, bars and parking on site.
All private offices are fully furnished and recently completed in 2023. New workspaces will become available in summer 2024 with a brand new floor of workspace, breakout area, coworking and bookable event space.
