The Avenue is located in the heart of Peterborough, a short 5 minute drive or 30 minute walk into the city centre and train station, which has great links to London within 45 minute. Our world class facilities are surrounded by the hustle and bustle of two of Peterborough's most prestigious business parks.
With two floors at our disposal, The Avenue is home to 10 private offices of different sizes making this an amazing space for entrepreneurs and established companies to call home.
With all inclusive amenities and state of the art facilities, this means we take charge of the boring stuff, so you don't have to. Commuting is nice and easy with bus routes nearby and free onsite secure car parking making it easy for people heading to The Avenue.
