Any signage put up is visible from a busy roundabout so passing trade is possible.
The space we have is a ground floor office comprising a Reception/Waiting Room area and a large open plan room for use as Office and/or Storage. The reception area comprises with a reception desk and chairs and a small kitchenette. Off the reception area are the gents and ladies loos that are fitted for disabled access. There is CCTV outside and front door security is provided by a maglock and buzzer. There is a VOIP phone connection and Fibre broadband. The kitchenette and loos are shared with the office upstairs. There are 3 dedicated parking bays immediately outside but other shared parking is also available. The offices are cleaned once a week every weekend.
