An exciting opportunity has arisen to rent a unique office within the historical Observer building. Become a part of the Hastings Commons community and join their mission to regenerate this iconic building and surrounding Trinity Triangle area.
You'd be amongst a collection of 12 open plan style offices and a co working area on the first floor of the OB. Office spaces are private and lockable, and can be customised to your liking. We are also a dog friendly building. Monthly rent includes high-speed internet, a lovely large serviced kitchen and dining area with free tea, coffee and fruit, with access 7 days a week from 6am-12am. This is an opportunity not to be missed!
Within the building there is also 1066 CrossFit gym, which offers a tenants discount, a large event space with a café/bar, a hireable meeting room, and phone booths for those more private calls, and plenty of networking opportunities and social events.
