Fareham Innovation Centre is located at the Solent Enterprise Zone at Daedalus. We offer a range of serviced office space and workshops in Fareham at flexible affordable rates. Our offices and workshops are spread over two floors, accommodating businesses of all sizes and offering the support needed to help your business grow without the risk of a lengthy contract. The top floor is dedicated to our conference room The Bridge which is ideal for large events for up to 150 people, and can be split into 2 private rooms for those who need something a little smaller.
Offices are equipped with high-speed broadband, VoIP Telephony Technology, complemented with state-of-the-art facilities and high quality business support. Benefits of this centre also include, free on-site parking, a flexible licence agreement with as little as two month’s notice, access to a printer/photocopier, business support from our innovation director, friendly reception and management staff, along with much more.
