We’re looking for our new Head of Commercial Property (office space)
Hubble’s foundation is the unique office spaces and inventory we have on the platform and new spaces we bring on every single week.
Whilst this looks easy on the surface, this is the result of hours of hard work liaising with hundreds of different people across London to ensure Hubble has the most, best and unique London office space inventory.
We’re looking for the person to drive the growth behind’s Hubble’s office space offering and take Hubble to the next level, building partnerships, doing deals and opening up unique space in London and beyond.
Role
- Join Hubble as one of the founding team members and key decision makers
- Lead Hubble’s efforts in acquiring short term office space inventory in London by liaising with office providers, agents, landlords, developers & large corporates
- Find creative ways to open up & monetise unused vacant office space
- Assist product and tech team in developing a platform suitable for commercial property users
- Search and help Hubble tenants find their ideal office space
- Become an authority for tech innovation within the commercial property industry
- Assist in leading Hubble’s geographical expansion plans & exponential growth
Requirements
- At least 1-2yrs experience in tenant or landlord representation for office (or serviced office) agency in London
- Natural born hustler; willing to take risks and think of new ideas to shake up the old school property industry
- Ambitious, creative, self-starter who gets stuff done, irrespective of barriers
- Inherent understanding of the impact that technology can have within the property industry and thirst for driving that change
- Equal quantitative and qualitative skills; natural ability to use numbers and communicate effectively with others
Package
- £30k+ depending on relevant experience
- Expect 20%+ salary increases in line with fundraising (c.12-18months)
