MULTI STORY is a co-working space with a cultural heartbeat, tucked inside the iconic Peckham Levels — a former multi-storey car park turned creative playground above Rye Lane.

By day, it’s a relaxed, light-filled space made for getting things done: laptops out, ideas flowing, good coffee on tap. It works best for freelancers, creatives, remote workers and small teams who want focus without the stiffness of a traditional office. There’s room to spread out, settle in for a few hours, or meet collaborators over a flat white.

What makes it different is the energy. This isn’t a silent, sterile workspace - it’s part of a living venue. A coffee shop and kitchen during the day transforming into a programme of DJs, talks, screenings and community events in the evening, so the space gently shifts throughout the day. You’ll hear good music, feel the buzz, and still get work done.

Up above Peckham’s rooftops, surrounded by independent studios, makers and cultural spaces, MULTI STORY reflects the area itself: creative, social, a little rough-around-the-edges and proudly independent.
