Hi there, we are Studio Ageli, an Architecture practice based in Hackney Wick. We have a bright 32sq meter (6.4m x 5m) office space to let; formerly our large boardroom.

Surrounded by private gardens, this peaceful and secure office has 24/7 access and a secluded south-facing terrace.

Shared kitchen, WC / shower and meeting room. Offered furnished or unfurnished. (If you require your own private kitchen and bathroom, we would also consider installing these.)

Safe bike storage and dedicated parking space.

Staffed reception Mon-Fri 8am-6pm, Sat 9am-12pm. Brilliant for handling all deliveries / guiding visitors.

Weekly yoga lesson on Thursday mornings.
