About this building
The Sound Bank is a newly renovated urban contemporary space ideal for creatives and industry professionals.
Each room can be used as a simplified private office or it can morph into the purpose built function it was made for. Our ground level totals 1,000sqft which consists of 1 work room situated at the front of the building that's approx 9.5sqft X 12sqft X 3m H. The second room can be used for photography, podcasting, visual production or simply a secondary work area. Lastly the floor features an office which comes equip with a projector and screen plus a large glass table that seats up to 8 people. It also features a communal kitchen, appliances, pool table and 3 toilets.
The basement is broken up of 3 spaces that total 870sqft which includes an antique lift shaft that can be used for storage.
