How can I access event space in London?

But before we show you some of the spaces, you may be wondering how you can go about booking an event space with the Hubble Pass. Here’s a quick lowdown:
The Hubble Pass is a flexible membership that gives you access to a global network of on-demand workspace, including:
Here, we’re interested in the latter. Hubble can help find you a venue for pretty much any event—so once you know what you’re after, just let our team know and we’ll get cracking. This means speaking to our network of event-specific workspaces and companies to find you the perfect venue.
Our assistance doesn’t stop here, though. We’ll also take any additional requirements you may have into account (e.g. catering, AV equipment) and work hard to negotiate the very best rates on everything you need.
Got it? Great! Let’s take a look at some of our favourite event spaces.
Paddington Works – Auditorium

Just a short walk from Paddington and Edgware Road tube stations, as well as the glorious Hyde Park, this airy and edgy coworking space could be the perfect place for your team’s next Away Day.
Yes, Paddington Works offers a host of options for your next event. The 4-metre screen and 4K projector are perfect for that mind-blowing presentation, and the auditorium’s versatile seat configurations mean the space can open out into whatever you want it to be.
What’s more, it can comfortably hold up to 150 guests (and feed them too!). So, why not get yourself booked in and experience the venue’s masterful blend of industrial, Scandi and floral features?
Techspace – The Loading Bay

Located in the heart of Shoreditch, Techspace‘s The Loading Bay is a 2,000 square foot event space, capable of holding up to 250 people for your next team conference or away day.
The Loading Bay (that’s what they call it) is ready for anything too, kitted out with microphones, a top-of-the-line sound system, ping pong tables, and so much more. So, if you’d like to talk strategy, sing karaoke, or just chow down some mouthwatering food, The Loading Bay is ready and waiting.
Landmark – 99 Bishopsgate

Landmark – Bishopsgate is one of the more corporate venues that you can book with Hubble, with the glorious glass structure soaring high into the sky.
The space itself is kitted out with a projector and all the necessary peripherals, making it the ideal venue for a more formal team conference and the ever important strategy presentations. Especially as it can hold up to 180 people!
Whitechapel Think Factory

Whitechapel Think Factory is another truly unique venue that has paid great attention to creating the perfect environment for you and your team.
The event space was purpose built for the London Olympics back in 2012 but, today, it’s used for anything and everything!
Whitechapel Think Factory has a solid capacity of around 120 people and it also operates in association with Holiday Inn. So, if you have people travelling from outside of London for your event, they’re in luck!
Wallacespace – Covent Garden

Just a stone’s throw away from Covent Garden and Holborn tube stations, Wallacespace – Covent Garden is actually split across two buildings, both of which share the same warm and welcoming energy.
With some of the best meeting rooms in London, Wallacespace can hold up to 300 people in their selection of event spaces—and there are tonnes of room layouts for you to choose from. Whether you’re after cabaret, boardroom, circle, standing, Wallacespace will have you covered.

This 40-person venue also offers AV equipment (Mac and PC inputs) and has you covered for catering on request.

HubHub London

HubHub is positioned just down from Farringdon station, making it another great option for those wanting to stay fairly central on their team away day.
There are five modern and multifunctional spaces for you to choose from, with each one varying in size and style (the largest can hold up to 120 people).
All of the larger spaces also welcome plenty of natural light and offer remarkable views out onto the surrounding streets.
TOG

With over 20 bookable event spaces across the platform, including impressive roof terraces, bars and screening rooms, TOG is bound to have the perfect space for your next event.
With the Hubble Pass, you have two of its best to choose from – whether you want to soak up the many wonderful things Hammersmith has to offer as boats cruise down the River Thames, or edge things up a little in the mighty, mighty Shoreditch.
Both spaces can provide catering and all the equipment you may need for your event—from AV to ice sculptures—and work with boutique caterers to craft menus that complement your precise style or theme.
And in terms of entertainment, the options are, once again, endless, with anything from mini golf to live graffiti artists an option.
Wallacespace – Spitalfields

This space-themed workspace is a fantastic bet if you’re looking to immerse yourself and your team in all of the edge Shoreditch has to offer.
Vintage space posters line the polycarbonate interior walls, which beg light to flood in from the rumbling East London streets.
And again, as with the other amazing Wallacespace facilities on the Hubble Pass, they vary in size and there are some fantastic food and drink options available at the on-site café and bar facilities…not to mention the many temptations that lie within Old Spitalfields Market right next door.
the halley

the halley is a glowing coworking and event space, positioned right next to the canal that runs through Haggerston. It’s a glorious setting and the blank canvas event space can hold up to 60 people, lending itself to slightly more intimate soirées.
It also has catering and/or alcohol packages available, so why not take your team’s away day up a gear or two when in such an idyllic setting?
The Ministry – The White Space

The Ministry – The White Space is located in bouji Borough and is a great bet for away days, conferences, standing receptions, exhibitions and more.
A blank canvas, this event space has a top of the line sound and lighting system there for you to use. There’s even a beautiful outside space should you want to enjoy some casual drinks in the sun.
