Hi Charlotte! Can you tell me about Trussle?

How did you hear about HubbleHQ?
Charlotte: After not having the best experience using several other companies to look for a new office, a member of our team suggested I look at HubbleHQ. I was put in touch with Freddie, HubbleHQ Tenant Advisor, who explained how the service worked. After speaking with him in detail about our specification, Freddie put together a shortlist of potential options for us. We also navigated the website and selected some offices that suited our criteria. We were really impressed with the human support and the easy to use user interface that made the initial office search so much more efficient than going down the traditional route.
What challenges were you facing before deciding to use HubbleHQ?
Charlotte: We were struggling to get efficient information on leased offices but the HubbleHQ Tenant Advisors provided detailed information and budget sheets in a quick turn around time.
How are you and your team liking your new office and neighbourhood?
Charlotte: We’re loving it! Our previous office was just four minutes away from our current location (Shoreditch), so we’re used to this area. But now we’re even closer to the park and the famous Whitecross Street food market which is always a bonus.
I viewed around 15-20 offices before deciding on this one. We are a big team and there were a lot of factors and opinions to consider. This office is the perfect size and location and the amenities are excellent. The space itself has recently been refurbished with high-quality wooden flooring, lighting and air conditioning.
How has the move benefitted your employees?
Charlotte: We have a lot more space in this office and we have room to grow as our team grows. At our previous office we were split between two floors, so being on the same floor again feels much better. As soon as we moved in, the team morale increased and communication between teams has also improved.
What did you like about the HubbleHQ experience?
Charlotte: We worked very closely with Freddie, who was honest and didn’t try to sell us anything he knew we wouldn’t like. Freddie has a positive attitude and helped to manage the whole project, from the initial search to helping us sign the deal.
What’s next for your company?
Charlotte: We ended 2018 as the UK’s best-rated online mortgage broker on Trustpilot and we’re setting the bar even higher for 2019. We’ll be developing more helpful resources, a further improved mortgage monitoring service, integrating Open Banking, providing support for those using government schemes like Help to Buy, and offering more options for those currently underserved or poorly served by the market as it exists today. We’ll also continue to work with industry and government, campaigning to make homeownership more affordable and accessible to everyone.
