But we wanted to know which workspaces have been the most popular amongst our thousands of customers this year. So, we’ve looked at the data and analysed the top ten most visited office spaces on our site – discovering some interesting trends and themes along the way.

Firstly, the East London area dominates the top ten. Known as a tech hub and regularly compared to Silicon Valley, it’s common knowledge these days why East London is so great; the vibrant, creative atmosphere, likeminded people, and huge amount of great spaces are just a few reasons.

Secondly, it’s clear that people love a great community network and events programme. With the importance of wellness for productivity and the significance of networking, hosts are providing some superb facilities in this regard, such as high-profile guest speaker events, business mentoring, and daily exercise classes.

From an interior standpoint, contemporary and futuristic themes with subtle use of colour are most prevalent, with many maintaining a natural grounding thanks to impressive indoor plant features, and large windows allowing in plenty of natural sunlight. It clearly shows that the era of the ‘grey cubicle’ is long gone, and that hosts and tenants alike are aware of the benefits that a pleasant working environment brings.

People are expecting offices to be a one-stop-shop for every kind of activity, offering more than a place to work but rather somewhere where they can not only develop their career, but their life in general. In our opinion, this can only be a good thing, and long may it continue!

Find out more below as we put the magnifying glass over your top ten favourite offices on Hubble.

Wise words from UNCOMMON, whose North London branch came in at number four. Its blend of business and leisure facilities, combined with a fun events calendar shows that it clearly lives by its principles, making it the perfect place to work and play.
