We’re Hubble, the all-in-one platform for workspace management, and we’re here to make hybrid working easy.
How do we do it? We help you set up and manage your hybrid workplace by giving you access to flexible full-time offices and on-demand workspace worldwide.
That’s right, through Hubble, you can rent offices by the month and book coworking by the day, meeting rooms by the hour, private day offices and event space, all in one place.
But just how flexible are our full-time office solutions?
Very! With some of our offices available for as little as one month, we’re bound to have something that gives you the perfect amount of flexibility you need in uncertain times.
Allow us to tell you a little more about our offering so you can work out which solution might suit your needs the best.
Take a serviced office with Hubble
Our serviced offices are flexible, straightforward and all-inclusive. With leases running anywhere from one month to two years, you can take a serviced office by just paying a small deposit (1-2 months) and all-inclusive monthly costs thereafter.
Whilst our longer term offerings give you more freedom when it comes to branding your space, our serviced offices are a great option if you’re looking for something right now, with the whole process, from search to move-in, lasting anywhere between just 24 hours and 2 months.
And as we continue to expand, we’re adding more serviced offices to our global network. Here are some of our favourites right now:
Second Home – London Fields – London
Just down from the beautiful London Fields, this Second Home is an eclectic creative hub in the heart of East London.
Kitted out with futuristic working areas, space shuttle-style lighting and everything you’d need for a productive and enjoyable day at work, this workspace really does mean business.
It’s pet-friendly, it has bike storage, an on-site cafe, childcare services and so the list goes on. See for yourself, it really is great!
Colony – Jactin House – Manchester
Positioned in Manchester’s trendy Northern Quarter, this workspace is bouji through and through.
With a stunning roof terrace that looks out over the area’s pristine warehouse conversions, and a wide range of top-of-the-line facilities that inspire productivity and positivity, Jactin House is a worker’s haven.
WeWork – 55 Colmore Row – Birmingham
This mighty WeWork occupies a beautifully archaic building in Birmingham’s city centre.
And believe us when we say, the inside is just as grand. Ideally fitted out with stunning breakout spaces, motivating meeting rooms and events space, this WeWork is ready for anything you may throw at it.
Take a managed office with Hubble
Bespoke, custom built and without the upfront costs, our managed offices are well worth exploring. With leases running between one and three years, all-inclusive monthly costs and more flexible branding regulations, managed offices are great if you’re wanting somewhere that really feels like your HQ.
Managed offices demand a slightly larger deposit (2-6 months), but the process runs just as smoothly, lasting again between 24 hours and 2 months.
And you guessed it, more managed offices are popping up around our network as we continue to grow. Here are some of our favourites just now:
Kitt – Flat Iron Building – London
This beautiful space, just five minutes away from London Bridge, is, you guessed it, closely modelled on New York’s famous Flat Iron building.
But it’s not just stylish on the outside. Inside, it’s got bold colour schemes running throughout, office plants dotted in every corner, and high-quality furnishing to ensure you’re set up for a successful day at work.
Bruntwood – Blackfriars – Manchester
On the waterfront in Manchester’s Central Retail District, you’ll find this gorgeous workspace.
Marrying together modern and more traditional features, this space has its own truly unique atmosphere that’ll make the working day fly by in a flash. Its enticing extras including the gym and roof terrace should help here too!
Storey – 100 Liverpool Street – London
Just a stone’s throw away from the exceptionally well-connected Liverpool Street station, you’ll find the bright and airy Storey.
With three levels of premium shops, bars and restaurants, a rooftop restaurant with dramatic views and its own covered entrance to the Elizabeth Line, it’s a destination in its own right.
It’s got places to work, including private booths and a quiet space for ‘deep focus’. It’s got places to meet, including a mix of meeting rooms you can book online, and a 200-seat auditorium. And yes, it’s got places to escape, including a large lounge, 100-seat café and rooftop restaurant.
Take a leased office with Hubble
Leased offices are by far our most cost-effective solution as they typically demand a longer term commitment of three years or more.
Nevertheless, they’re the perfect option if you’re looking to settle into a space that’s paid for on a quarterly basis and branded how you’d like it.
The search to move-in process runs a touch longer for leased offices, taking between 3 and 12 months including all of the legal work that’s carried out, but trust us, it’s worth it! Just take a look at some of these beauties that have recently been added to our network:
The Langham Estate – 19 Margaret Street – London
Nestled between Marylebone, Mayfair, Fitzrovia and Soho, this naturally light and vibrant office is fresh in every sense of the word.
With a modern finish on the inside, and numerous glorious eateries and cafes just outside, this workspace is a great place to set up your new HQ, especially given its close proximity to Oxford Circus.
RX London – Highgate Studios – London
Equidistant from Kentish Town, Gospel Oak and Tufnell Park lies RX London, a wide-open studio space in a Victorian warehouse conversion.
It’s a blank canvas, giving you the flexibility to brand it and make it your own. That said, there is an on-site cafe as well as plentiful breakout spaces, providing additional areas for a spot of work.
Verse Building – London
Just a minute away from Old Street station, this brand new development boasts state-of-the-art design, connectivity and sustainability.
The space lets in plenty of natural light, it has a modern finish and it is close to the buzzing and diverse area that is Old Street. This, of course, means you’re just a short walk away from some great street eateries, world-class restaurants, cocktail bars, markets, pubs and more!
