Our courtyard and garden form the hub of the community. They are the perfect place to enjoy a coffee, hold an informal meeting or just take a breath and enjoy the surroundings. Our shower and changing facilities have lockable storage, so whether you get here on wheels, by foot or perhaps fancy an early morning session at the gym, you’ll be sure to start the day fresh, feeling good and ready to get to work.

We have table tennis, our friendly Wi-Fi cow and every Friday lunchtime a different food truck swings by to offer up the best in fresh, local food. Not only that, but we have some of MK’s hottest food spots under our roof. Fourth & Fifth serves up breakfast, brunch and lunch using the freshest ingredients. We’re also home to Thai Modern Restaurant and their much-loved authentic cuisine. Both are great for working lunches or you can take away and enjoy in the comfort of your Studio.
