Modern converted warehouse space spread over two floors (ground floor and basement), right by Hoxton Street and located in a private road. Our studio has a laidback but productive vibe and features include super fast wifi, coffee machine, shared kitchen featuring two hobs and shared living spaces across the two floors. There’s also space for bikes inside of the studio, as well as one space outside for bike parking and locking.

Available from 10am to 6pm with access via the in-house Molecular team.

The studio features 1 desk which is perfect for a music setup on the basement floor as well as 2 regular desks on the ground floor. £220 pcm for desk space, all inclusive of bills, and super fast Internet connection.
