Summary

We have a large and spacious office that is two minutes walk from Holland Park Tube station and close to Notting Hill, Portobello and Shepherd’s Bush.

The office opens directly onto Portland Road and is split over two floors. We are currently offering one floor, a meeting room and then shared kitchen, bathrooms, reception and front door. However, we would also consider alternative sharing arrangements for the right business.

The building is full of character. The front was once an old rocking shop, with a traditional shop window looking out over the street, while the back entrance (off the Mews) was an old vintage car restoration specialist.

The office is currently being fully refurbished and will be available from 1 November 2021.
