A former Victorian fire station stable building, we've transformed 44 Royal Parade into a great two-floor office space. Set in the heart of Blackheath Village, it's only 5 minutes from Blackheath Station (it'll whisk you to Zone 1 in just 12 minutes).
Work as little or as much as you want. You're the boss. We offer Day Passes, 4-day a month passes and 10-day a month passes. Or full time 5-day a week memberships. Alongside spacious private studios.
Sixty worker-bees can enjoy free tea, coffee, showers and towels plus a once-a-week free drinks trolley. Pick from a mix of private offices, bookable desks and comfy lounge areas. However you like to do business, we're here for you.
