About this building
The Foundry is an exciting initiative of mission-related investment by a consortium of organisations (including Barrow Cadbury Trust, Trust for London and Ethical Property) that provides office and conference space for organisations exclusively working in the sphere of human rights and structural social justice. Tenants have 24/7 secure access, staffed reception during office hours (8.30am-5.30pm), tea points on every floor, breakout spaces, 3 roof terraces for tenants to enjoy, an on-site café, and bike racks, as well as hireable conference & event spaces within the centre, on top of the 2 free-to-use tenant meeting rooms provided.
Our office space is set over four floors ranging in size from 12.5m² to 238m², and is home to over 25 organisations. Facilities include a staffed reception, communal breakout areas including four external terraces, kitchen and bathroom facilities on each floor, and full IT and telephony support.
It is a short walk from both Oval and Vauxhall underground stations.
