A001 is a creative hub - home to Crack Magazine's London operation, Crack's film production company Ground Work, and individual filmmakers and animators. We have 2 desk spaces available immediately in our spacious and light studio.

Each desk is a £220/month (inc VAT) rolling contract and includes all bills, cleaning, tea & coffee. We have a newly installed super high speed full fibre internet connection that gives actual download speeds of around 90 MB/s and uploads of 180 MB/s.
