The building is 1,300 sq ft and is set over 2 floors - the ground floor is 700 sq ft and the upper floor is 600 sq ft. The former tenants were a team of around 30 people.

The top floor of the office opens out onto a deck and roof terrace.

The office is accessed through a double-fronted street entrance, there is also an entrance through the deck. The road is home to a plethora of creative companies, photography studios and offices.

We are open to the new tenants customising the space to meet their needs and branding it as their own office building.

There is a concierge within the building who takes care of signing for parcels.

The closest tube stations are Bethnal Green and Mile End, Victoria Park is 3 minutes away and the building backs onto the canal.
