We have an office in our cottage for rent. It's an amazing place to work, a real home from home. It's 30sq ft, 24 hour access, private garden at the back, partly covered. Very safe. We have an on-site venue with live events most evenings, it's secluded, quiet and full of entrepreneurial businesses and creatives. The office has two access doors, so you could very easily share the space and sublet some desk space. Large meeting room/photo studio available in the next room too.
