About this building
Netil Corner is part of the Netil creative community in Hackney, which has grown from its origins at Netil House into over 200 interconnected studios near Broadway Market and London Fields. The building has been transformed into a workspace ecosystem where businesses in fashion, music, design and communications work alongside emerging talent.
Studios are fully customisable, from compact spaces for independents to larger layouts for growing teams. Residents benefit from cafés, bars and restaurants including Netil360 rooftop, NT’s Loft and Bambi, plus wellness amenities like free rooftop saunas.
As part of Eat Work Art’s wider network of more than 2,000 creatives, Netil Corner provides a collaborative community, curated events and support services, creating a setting where work and lifestyle connect.
