Based on the former RAF base, Heyford Park Innovation Centre is the ideal location for you if your business is just starting out or you are looking for more space to expand. We are not just Serviced Offices we are an Innovation Centre that provides inclusive business support from many of the innovation directors, all part of being a customer.
We have flexible licence agreements for 12 months with 3 months notice and all business rates, utilities, all covered in 1 fixed monthly rental fee, leaving you to focus on making your business a success. We even have free on-site parking and tea and coffee all day along with 24/7 access.
