Warehaus is a mixed-use development in London Fields, London E8, which completed in 2014.

The apartments have extra-height exposed concrete ceilings, smart house capabilities, heated walls, benefit from 24 hour concierge and all benefit from outside space.

The communal atrium was constructed from materials traditionally used and found in Hackney such as brass, wood and steel.

The development influences come from 1930's warehouse and loft style living, with the brass and steel lift with a shutter door opening being the pinnacle of this design.
