About this building
Situated a 2 minute walk from Caledonian Road, The Busworks is a historic building which was originally a Victorian bus factory, now imaginatively converted into a hub of creativity for start ups and SME’s with lots of natural light and super-speed connectivity. We are family owned and run, so our focus is always on you and the success of your business, making our terms incredibly affordable and flexible.
There are four different parts to The Busworks offering a selection of office and studio space, each with its own unique style and atmosphere, so you can choose which part of the building you feel suits your business best. We cater for everyone – from individual freelancers to more corporate teams of 50 – who want to be part of this exciting and dynamic business community; but the space does tend to attract lots of tech, design and creative businesses because of its originality and quirkiness.
