In the heart of Shoreditch, lays The Timberyard - just a few minutes away from Old Street tube station and Shoreditch High Street. The Timberyard is situated within a secure gated complex of both office and residential properties. This office is owned by us, a tech PR-agency, who have been subletting it for a couple of years but recently moved back in. We are now looking for a company to either come and join us or sublet the entire office.
We are going to do some improvements to the office but want to wait until we know who the new tenants are going to be. So this is a unique opportunity for you to be a part of creating an office after your needs.

Drysdale Street itself is a relatively quiet street providing a mixture of commercial and residential properties, surrounded by retail and restaurant facilities provided by Hoxton and Shoreditch. The office has space for up to 25 desks.
