Location is conveniently based within walking distance to Oracle shopping centre. The building has a security alarm system. ALL rates including gas, water, and electric are included in the advertised price. Due to being a listed property it does not have any disabled access or a lift. The building is monitored externally as well as communal areas by CCTV at all times.
