Floors 1-3 are home to x+why, with 26,000 sqft dedicated to flexibility and building amenity. The x+why space features a range of meeting and project/mission rooms, break out spaces, booths and kitchens, overlooking the winter garden and has a variety of offices from 3 person to 50 person. All offices can be adapted to member's needs.
x+why are also operating “eighteen”, a members clubspace for tenants and x+why members only (by separate paid membership). eighteen has a 3,000 sqft terrace, a bar, events space, a range of work and socialising spaces, meeting rooms and a board room (with private dining).
