Launched in 2019, it is the UK’s first PassivHaus Plus workspace, and is an iconic building based in Elmsbrook, a rapidly expanding zero-carbon eco-village. Run by the team at TownSq Spaces the building offers coworking spaces for freelancers, homeworkers, and employees fed up of the London commute, and offices for growing teams or hosting bespoke events, the Eco Business Centre is as flexible as you need it to be.
