Designed by Fletcher Priest Architects, Marylebone Place has been redeveloped and extensively refurbished to deliver 75,000 sq ft of best-in-class Grade A office space. The new design introduces extensive terracing with urban greening.
The lower ground to third floors are offered on a fully managed, all-inclusive basis. The lower ground floor boasts dedicated tenant amenities, including three bookable boardrooms equipped with video conferencing facilities, communal high-speed fibre connectivity, and complimentary refreshments. Additionally, the lower ground has a 1,250 sq ft breakout and event space with a kitchen, suitable for catered events.
