Each of our individually designed meeting rooms come fully equipped with high-quality tech, wifi and video conferencing technology to make sure you always stay connected.

Our Member Experience team are on hand to ensure everything runs smoothly. Complimentary snacks, teas and coffees are ready for you in our communal kitchens, with meeting room catering and complimentary snacks in 12-or-more person rooms also available.

Meeting Room Cancellation Policy:

• Please note, in the event of cancellation, notice is required 7 working days prior to the booking in order to receive a refund and not incur charges. If a cancellation is made within 7 working days prior to the booking, the full cost will still apply.

Meeting Room Refreshments:

• A £20(+VAT) per person corkage fee applies for any external catering delivered into our meeting rooms/building.
• Tea/Coffee: £5(+VAT) per person for unlimited tea & coffee.
• The above charges will be applied directly by Fora.
