This building is within Paddington Station itself and can be accessed via Platform 1. The building was designed and built by Brunel, is Grade 1 listed and dating from 1854. The building was part derelict but DMFK architects restored everything to its former glory. With private office space, co-working space and meeting rooms on site this is great for the commuter into Paddington. Fully furnished, meeting rooms, telephone booths, kitchen and break out space.

Meeting Room Cancellation Policy:

  • Please note, in the event of cancellation, notice is required 7 working days prior to the booking in order to receive a refund and not incur charges. If a cancellation is made within 7 working days prior to the booking, the full cost will still apply.

Meeting Room Refreshments:

  • A £20(+VAT) per person corkage fee applies for any external catering delivered into our meeting rooms/building.
  • Tea/Coffee: £5(+VAT) per person for unlimited tea & coffee.
  • The above charges will be applied directly by Fora.
