Meeting Room Cancellation Policy:
- Please note, in the event of cancellation, notice is required 7 working days prior to the booking in order to receive a refund and not incur charges. If a cancellation is made within 7 working days prior to the booking, the full cost will still apply.
Meeting Room Refreshments:
- A £20(+VAT) per person corkage fee applies for any external catering delivered into our meeting rooms/building.
- Tea/Coffee: £5(+VAT) per person for unlimited tea & coffee.
- The above charges will be applied directly by Fora.
