Cowork LWR strives to provide an innovative environment for startups, entrepreneurs, and creatives to work in harmony and promote community collaboration. The cutting-edge, coworking space features a training room, conference room, private phone booth, coffee & tea bar, private offices, full-time desks, lockable storage, and mail handling services with virtual access.Entrance directly accessible from Main Street. Ring bell and a CoworkLWR Ambassador will be there to greet you.

Various conference rooms are available for booking by Cowork Members. In Lakewood Ranch, one has a capacity of 16 and access to a 85" HDTV with HDMI connections. This room provides flexible setup options allowing for a board meeting, trainings, or lectures. The other Lakewood Ranch room has a capacity of 6. This room is commonly used for small meetings, podcasting, interviews, webinars, and video trainings.
