A note from Hubble
The pandemic has significantly changed London’s office space market; there’s no doubt about it. Businesses across the capital have had to rethink their relationship with the office—and as the world’s first hybrid workplace platform, we’re here to help.
We’ve built four flagship products; the Workplace Strategy Tool, Hubble HQ, the Hubble Pass and Hubble Perks, to help businesses of all sizes figure out their office plans. While some have chosen to repurpose their existing offices; others have opted for more flexible working arrangements—such as giving their employees access to on-demand workspaces.
And at Hubble, we make this easy with the Hubble Pass; you’re all-access ticket to a global network of top-quality coworking spaces. Via one flexible membership, you and your teams can search for and book convenient workspaces in 200+ locations, spanning 50+ cities in 18+ countries (and counting!)—whenever they’re needed. London has been named the fifth most expensive city in the world for coworking space, with whopping average rents reported at £695 per desk per month. These numbers would suggest that you’re more likely to spot a unicorn in Hyde Park than being able to find cheap London office space. But here’s the good news: budget-conscious entrepreneurs, freelancers and businesses can still pick up a coworking desk in some of the city’s hottest areas for as little as £65 per month.
To help you locate the most affordable coworking desks near you, we’ve created a handy map that features the cheapest spaces by London tube stations.
