When you picture your perfect on-demand workspace, what springs to mind?

A vibrant space that’s full of greenery and natural light? A private day office where coffee is plentiful? Or maybe it’s a workspace with beautiful breakout spaces, like rooftop terraces and wellness zones?

Whether you’re looking for daily office rental in London or a coworking space in Capetown, everyone has a wish list in mind when searching for flexible workspace. We make this easy with the Hubble Pass; your all-access ticket to a global network of on-demand workspace.

With it, you and your team can book top-quality coworking spaces, private day offices and meeting rooms across 1000+ locations around the world. But while all of these on-demand workspaces are unique, there were a few coworking spaces in London that trumped bookings last year.

So, without further ado, here are the top 10 most popular spaces on the Hubble Pass in 2022!

Uncommon – Liverpool Street

Uncommon – Liverpool Street is a bright and airy space situated in The Crosspoint—right next door to Liverpool Street Station. Apart from its convenient location, this coworking space has plenty to offer; from the impressive angular marble bar and hanging chairs to the in-house coffee shop and bar.

This coworking space also features a roof terrace with stunning views over the City of London—plus phone booths, bike storage and bookable meeting rooms. It’s also pet-friendly, so you can bring your four-legged friend to work too!

Uncommon – Borough

Located a stone’s throw from Borough and London Bridge stations, Uncommon’s plant-filled coworking space with ergonomic furniture is designed to supercharge your comfort and productivity.

You can rent a private office by the day, reserve meeting rooms by the hour, and take a break in the creative basement breakout area. What’s more, the rooftop garden is the perfect place to catch a bit of lunchtime sun, and can even be hired for Covid-friendly events.

Mindspace – Shoreditch

Mindspace – Shoreditch is set among Shoreditch’s many restaurants, bars, cafes and artisanal boutiques. And with its quirky decor (think modern art, geometric rugs and industrial-chic furniture), it certainly fits in with its trendy surroundings.

Hubble Pass users can book a coworking space or daily office rental and benefit from ultra-fast internet, IT support and phone booths. There’s no shortage of perks either, from free coffee, tea and showers to an outdoor space for a bit of fresh air—and even an on-site coffee and soda bar.

LABS – 90 High Holborn

LABS – 90 High Holborn is just a 2-minute walk from Holborn station. It offers private offices, desk space, conference rooms and breakout areas. The modern, bright and plant-filled shared office space overlooks the intricate and imposing façade of the Grade II listed Rosewood Hotel.

Visitors can enjoy free tea and coffee or pop down to the onsite café for something more substantial (there’s a free-to-use kitchen for those who prefer to bring lunch from home too). There are phone booths for confidential calls, and pets are welcome here too.

Landmark – Victoria

This cool, comfortable and contemporary coworking space is located near several major London transport links and includes perks such as a kitchen, bike storage and showers.

There are plenty of cosy nooks for solo work, as well as private offices for daily rental and meeting rooms by the hour. While there are plenty of phone booths inside, Landmark – Victoria boasts an outdoor terrace to work in the sunshine (OK, maybe wait a few months) or just grab some fresh air.

WorkLife – Soho

WorkLife – Soho’s quirky decor might make you feel more like you’re in a trendy café-bar than a conventional office. That’s not to say the space isn’t set up for productive working: there’s a practical coworking space, private phone booths, standing desks, breakout spaces and super-fast WiFi.

Thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows, there’s plenty of natural light. There’s also bike storage, showers, and a fully-equipped kitchen (plus free tea and coffee)—not to mention an incredible central location, just a few minutes walk from Oxford Circus tube station.

Huckletree – Shoreditch

Located in the iconic Alphabeta building, the Huckletree – Shoreditch coworking space has become something of a hub for entrepreneurs and innovative tech startups, priding itself on its friendly and collaborative vibe.

With the Hubble Pass, you can access the open-plan coworking space or rent a private office by the day when you need to work without distraction.

With its funky, modern decor, the workspace includes a ride-in bike ramp and is pet-friendly, so there’s no need to leave your furry-friends at home. There’s also a roof garden and plenty of comfy breakout spaces for when you need a break. What’s not to like?

City Pavilion

City Pavilion is a modern office space whose quirky furnishings will be a welcome break from staring at the same four walls. The Hubble Pass enables you to access the large and comfortable coworking space—and you can also book communal meeting rooms.

Not only is there bike storage available, but there’s also an on-site bike repair shop in case of any disasters on the way to work! However, the highlight is the 3000 sq. foot roof terrace, featuring igloo meeting rooms so you can enjoy stunning views of the London while you work.

LABS – LABS House

LABS House is a grand and imposing building—but don’t let that fool you: the inside is contemporary, light and welcoming. The Hubble Pass gets you into this trendy coworking space in London (with free tea and coffee included), and you can also book private meeting rooms, take calls in a private phone booth—or kick back in a breakout space.

Visitors love the on-site restaurant and bar, bookable event space, and the Sky Lounge, with its panoramic views of London. Again, this site is pet-friendly, so your furry companion doesn’t need to miss out!

Second Home – Spitalfields

At Second Home – Spitalfields, you can book a private office or access to the shared creative workspace with its iconic architecture and biophilic* design. Hubble Pass customers get free tea and coffee and access to phone booths, bike storage and fully-stocked showers.

There’s also an in-house café, comfortable breakout areas, and a rooftop views of the London skyline. Plus, Second Home boasts a 4000+ global community, so you never know what networking opportunities could arise.

What’s more, we’ve also kitted out our private office space at Second Home – Spitalfields with computer screens—exclusive to Hubble Pass users. The workspace has 10x brand new 24″ FHD monitors (and a speaker system!) for you to enjoy.

*That means plant-filled, in case you were wondering…
