The Albany has been a creative and community hub in Deptford for over a century. More than 20 organisations already work here — charities, arts companies, community groups, and independent businesses — and the building reflects that. It's busy, warm, and genuinely collaborative in a way that coworking in a converted office block rarely is.

We offer private offices, dedicated desks for individuals or small teams who want a permanent base, and hot-desking for flexible drop-in working. All workspace includes Wi-Fi, heating, lighting, building services, and access to our on-site support team. Members also get discounts on our meeting rooms and use of our café and garden. There are no long commercial leases and no hidden costs — just clear, affordable pricing and the flexibility to change as your team does.
