    About this building

    The building, which was vacant for many years and in disrepair, was purchased from the City of Newburgh through an RFP process in 2019, and the gut renovation was completed in early 2021. The mixed-use project features bi-level apartments, work/artist studios, professional suites, a coworking component, and a commercial retail space.

    Professional office studios for individuals and teams, and commercial workshop studios for small companies and artists. The studios, spread out over two floors, vary in size and configuration. Small studios are perfect for one to two people, medium ones are great for three to four people, and larger ones can accommodate teams of six to eight.

    In addition to each private space, our studio tenants have access to all the shared areas and amenities of the workspace, including conference rooms, phone booths, a lounge, and a kitchen, among others.
