Summary

At the end of March 2021, our tenants moved out and we now have the opportunity to make our rarely available upstairs rooms available on a long term licence. The space was previously used by an Ofsted approved Montessori nursery, however there is scope for flexibility of use for the right tenant:

The space consists of three rooms:

  • Located on the south side of the building, this room measures 8.25m x 4.45m and is the largest of the three spaces available. With its own entrance, it will be perfect office space for a small company.
  • The gallery area is in the centre of the building and measures 7.3m x 4.5m. The beautiful stained glass window lends this space a serene atmosphere that would make it an ideal breakout space. We are currently considering carpeting the wooden floor (user dependent) for a more cosy ambience.
